Since 2020, Honor hasn’t released any new smartphones in India, but that’s about to change as the brand confirmed it’s reentering the market. A post on X (formerly Twitter) also announced former Realme CEO Madhav Sheth would be joining Honor India.

It has been over three years since Honor released a smartphone in India, and the brand has been leading its India operation through PSAV Global ever since. In India, the Noida-based company serves as the de facto distributor for Honor products, which include smart bands, tablets, and laptops. PSAV Global has over 5,000 retailers and over 100 distributors across India. The Honor 90 will be Honor’s first new smartphone to launch in India, according to rumors.
