OnePlus is about to introduce the next budget flagship in China with OnePlus Ace 2 Pro later this month. Previously the company confirmed that the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro will surely be this month. We also got various leaks revealing the key specs of the device.

Design:

In accordance with the leaked design renders shared by Digital Chat Station, the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro will feature almost a similar design to the OnePlus 11R.

OnePlus will follow the same strategy for the Ace 2 Pro back design as it did for the OnePlus 11R 5G. An LED flash module and a triple-camera setup are enclosed within a circular housing, which rests on a module integrated with the camera body.

There are some writings on the circular camera island, which is attached to the side frame, suggesting the main camera will feature a 50MP 1/1.56″ sensor and optical stabilization. The Ace series isn’t a Hasselblad flagship, so it doesn’t have the Hasselblad branding, but it does have “ULTRACMOS CAMERA.”

Developed by Psemi, this technology offers consistent performance from shot to shot.

Right below the power button is the iconic alert slider, which can be found on the Ace 2 Pro. The volume rocker is located on the left edge.

Specs:

According to previous reports, the Ace 2 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. According to leakster tech cloth, the top configuration will have 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. After the Red Magic 8S Pro+, this would be the only phone with that much RAM.

Furthermore, its 5,000mAh battery is said to be able to charge at 150W, faster than expected. The Ace 2 has a 5,000mAh/100W battery, while the original Ace Pro had 4,800mAh/150W.

New reports confirm that the new model will have a 50+8+2MP camera setup and that the main sensor will be the IMX890, the same sensor used in the Ace 2 and the flagship OnePlus 11.

OnePlus tweaked the Ace 2 memory configuration and released it in select markets as the OnePlus 11R. We don’t know yet whether the Pro variant will be released outside of China or what the model name will be.
