In addition to the X90-series launched globally and in India, Vivo is also preparing another X-series device. The Vivo X90 series already includes the Vivo X90, Vivo X90 Pro, and Vivo X90 Pro+ 5G. Vivo X90S, the new phone in question, has been spotted on TENAA, suggesting a launch is imminent. Google Play Console listed the handset after it appeared on the website. The Vivo X90S might be a cheaper alternative in the series and might expand internationally. Its model number is V2241HA.

Design:

As spotted by MySmartPrice, the TENAA listing includes images and key specifications for the Vivo X90S. Like other X90 series phones, it has a circular camera module with triple sensors and an LED flash. Zeiss branding is also present. The camera module is surrounded by a horizontal stripe with the text “Xtreme Imagination”. On the front, there is a curved display with a punch-hole cutout. On the right edge are the power and volume buttons.

Specs:

The Vivo X90S will measure 9.3mm thick and weighs around 215g. The new Vivo X90S will sport the same 6.78 inches 1.5K FHD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800×1260p. It comes with a 120Hz refresh and a 300Hz touch sampling rate. The device is powered by the latest Dimensity 9200+ SoC coupled with 8GB/12GB/16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB/1TB UFS 4.0 storage options.

The new Vivo X90S features a 50MP main sensor with an aperture of f/1.75 coupled with a 12MP portrait sensor with an f/1.6 aperture that gets 2x optical zoom support. Lastly, there is a 12MP ultra-wide sensor with f/2.0 aperture with LED flash. The device comes with a 32MP selfie shooter. It will come with a V2 dedicated ISP chip along with Zeiss T* coating ZEISS optics.

The Vivo X90 Pro is packed with a 4590 mAh battery with 120W fast charge support & 50W wireless charging. It runs on Android 13 OS with FunTouch OS 13 on top.
