Motorola has finally launched its much-awaited flagship Motorola Edge 40 Pro in Europe today. Previously we saw various leaks revealing the specs and alleged pricing details of the new Motorola Edge 40 Pro. Now finally the device is official and here is all the details about the new Motorola Edge 40 Pro.
Motorola Edge 40 Pro:
The new Motorola Edge 40 Pro will sport 6.67 inches FHD+ 10-bit OLED display with curved edges on either side. It comes with a resolution of 1,080 x 2,400p with 10-bit colors & supports a 165Hz refresh rate. The device gets in-display fingerprint scanner support & comes with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on top.
The device is powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC coupled with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage space.
The Motorola Edge 40 Pro will feature a 50MP main 1/1.55″ sensor with OIS coupled with a 50MP ultra-wide with 117-degrees FoV. There is another 12MP portrait telephoto IMX663 sensor with 2x optical zoom & LED flash. There is a whopping 60MP selfie shooter under the punch-hole notch.
The connectivity options include an in-display fingerprint scanner, Dual 5G support, USB-C with DisplayPort 1.4 support, WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and GPS. It arrives in two colors, Smoky Black and Tourmaline Blue. This time the device also gets IP68 certified making it dust and water-resistant.
All this is packed with a 4500 mAh battery with 125W fast charge support. The device also supports 15W wireless & 15W reverse wireless charging. It runs on Android 13 OS out of the box.
Pricing:
The new Motorola Edge 40 Pro will set you back with a price tag of €899.99 (Rs.80,000/-) in Europe. It arrives in two colors Blue or Black. Sadly, no word about Indian pricing details but will surely launch soon.
