There has been a lot of buzz about POCO’s much anticipated POCO F5 5G midrange smartphone, which suggests its launch is just around the corner. Sources within the industry have informed 91mobiles about the tentative launch date of the upcoming mid-range device.
The POCO F5 5G launch date of April 6th is being rumored. This date has not been confirmed by the company, so take it with a grain of salt. According to POCO, the phone will be unveiled in the first week of April.
There is no information on the pricing of the upcoming POCO F5 5G mid-range smartphone in India. In comparison, the POCO F4 5G, its predecessor, was launched in India at Rs 27,999.
As per the post on Weibo, the new POCO F5 will sport 6.7 inches FHD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will be the first smartphone to ship with the latest Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 SoC. The device will arrive with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB storage options.
It features triple rear cameras with 50MP main sensor coupled with an 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro sensor with LED flash. The Redmi Note 12 Turbo will pack a 5500 mAh large battery with 67W fast charge support. It runs on Android 13 OS with MIUI 14 on top.
