In India, Realme launched the Realme C33 128GB storage variant yesterday. Realme has officially revealed the launch date for the upcoming Realme C55 smartphone in the subcontinent.
Realme C55, which launched earlier this month in Indonesia, will launch in India on March 21. Realme India announced the news via a microsite. Realme Vice President Madhav Sheth announced on social media that the Realme C55 will be launched in India. According to the teaser, the Indian version will have the same 64MP camera setup as the global version.

The new Realme C55 will sport 6.72 inches FHD+ IPS LCD display with 90Hz refresh rate support. Realme C55 is powered by MediaTek Helio G88 SoC coupled with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage space. It also gets a microSD card slot.
The Realme C55 will feature a 64MP main sensor coupled with a useless 2MP macro sensor with LED flash. There is an 8MP Sony IMX355 selfie shooter placed under the punch-hole notch. The Realme C55 will pack a 5000 mAh battery with 33W fast charge support. It will run on Android 13 OS with Realme UI 4.0 on top.
The connectivity options include Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.0, Wifi, and USB Type-C port. There is also a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, FM Radio, and 3.5 mm audio jack.
The device also gets the new Realme Mini Capsule feature that works only while charging the device.
