In Indonesia, Realme C55 is the brand’s new mid-range smartphone. When the screen is turned off, the handset appears to be a typical device. Upon powering it on, you will find a feature called Mini Capsule. Realme’s version of Dynamic Island was introduced with iPhone 14 Pro models.
Realme has begun teasing the launch of Realme C55 in India, hinting at its imminent release. There is no information about when the handset will launch in the country, but the brand says it will happen soon. There will be a punch hole cutout on the top center of the smartphone’s flat display. At the back, there will be a dual-camera setup.
Design:
In terms of design, the Realme C55 resembles the Realme 10 4G with some alterations. First of all, two separate camera islands are a bit larger, and the front has a centered punch hole. A fingerprint scanner is integrated into the power button on the device, which has flat edges made of metal.
There is a USB Type-C port, a speaker grille, and a 3.5mm audio jack at the bottom of the device. It arrives in two colors Rainy Night and Sun Shower.

The new Realme C55 will sport 6.72 inches FHD+ IPS LCD display with 90Hz refresh rate support. Realme C55 is powered by MediaTek Helio G88 SoC coupled with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage space. It also gets a microSD card slot.
The Realme C55 will feature a 64MP main sensor coupled with a useless 2MP macro sensor with LED flash. There is an 8MP Sony IMX355 selfie shooter placed under the punch-hole notch. The Realme C55 will pack a 5000 mAh battery with 33W fast charge support. It will run on Android 13 OS with Realme UI 4.0 on top.
The connectivity options include Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.0, Wifi, and USB Type-C port. There is also a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, FM Radio, and 3.5 mm audio jack.
The device also gets the new Realme Mini Capsule feature that works only while charging the device.
