OnePlus filed trademarks for its upcoming OnePlus Foldable and Flip smartphones a few weeks ago. It was rumored that both of these smartphones were in internal testing across a number of regions. A number of new products have been unveiled by OnePlus in India, including the OnePlus 11 series.
During the launch event, OnePlus teased its upcoming foldable and flippable devices. A tweet by OnePlus CEO in August 2022 was the first time the brand teased the devices. In the teaser, OnePlus V Fold and V Flip smartphones were revealed to have a launch date.
OnePlus has shared a teaser image of its upcoming fold and flip devices. According to the teaser, the smartphones will be released in Q3 of 2023. With the OnePlus 11 series, OnePlus has skipped the Pro series smartphones. In order to unveil the fold and flip devices as soon as possible, the BBK group-owned brand has been utilizing all its resources.
In regards to the names of the upcoming foldable and flip smartphones, we only have OnePlus’ trademark filings. OnePlus had previously trademarked the names OnePlus V Fold and V Flip. China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) filed the trademarks.
