Acer’s Nitro brand also has a couple of new models, the Nitro 16 and Nitro 17. With a 16:10 aspect ratio and options for either WUXGA or WQXGA resolution, the Nitro 16 boasts a 5% larger display area than its predecessor. It features 13th-generation Intel processors up to an Intel Core i9, as well as Nvidia GeForce RTX 40 GPUs.
Acer Nitro 17 is equipped with 13th-generation Intel Core HX processors and GeForce RTX 40 series graphics. You can choose between Full HD and Quad HD displays with up to 165Hz refresh rates, and it features a larger 17.3-inch display with a more typical 16:9 aspect ratio. Up to 32GB of DDR5 RAM and a 2TB PCIe 4.0 SSD are included in the two laptops.
They both feature black chassis with RGB lighting on the keyboard, as well as Killer Ethernet E2600 and two Thunderbolt 4 ports, plus HDMI 2.1.
In North America, both the Acer Nitro 16 and Acer Nitro 17 will launch in May for $1,199.99. Prices in Europe start at €1,499 for the Nitro 16 and €1,599 for the Nitro 17.
