After teasing it recently, POCO has launched its latest budget smartphone in India. It features a 6.52-inch HD+ LCD screen, a MediaTek Helio A22 SoC, Android 12 Go Edition, and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. It is similar to the Redmi A1+ which was introduced in October.

The new POCO C50 will sport 6.52 inches HD+ IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels, & a 20:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by MediaTek Helio A22 SoC coupled with 2GB/3GB LPDDR4X RAM and eMMC 5.1 storage.
It features an 8MP main rear camera with LED flash along with a 2MP depth sensor with an aperture of f/2.2. The device comes with a 5MP selfie shooter with an f/2.2 aperture. It packs a 5000 mAh battery with 10W charging support.
The connectivity options include Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.0, Wifi, USB Type-C port, FM Radio, and a 3.5 mm audio jack. It runs on Android 12 OS without any custom skin on top. The device measures 9.09 mm thick and weighs 192g.
Pricing:
The POCO C50 cost Rs.6499/- for 2GB + 32GB whereas 3GB+32GB at Rs.7299/- in India. There are two color options available Country Green and Royal Blue. For a limited period, the POCO C50 will sell at as low as Rs.6250/-. It will go on sale from Jan 10 through Flipkart.
