Xiaomi has also added another variant of the Redmi Note 12 series with the new Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition. The new Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition comes with a much more powerful processor than the Redmi Note 12 Pro.
The new Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition will sport 6.67 inches FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will have a peak brightness of 900 nits and supports 10-bit colors, Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HDR10+.
It is powered by SD778G SoC coupled with 6GB/8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage space.
The Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition will feature a 108MP main Samsung HM2 sensor (f/1.89) remaining two sensors are the 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro sensors. It features a 16MP selfie shooter. It also features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner with IR Blaster support.
The connectivity options include dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, NFC, a USB-C port, a linear motor, dual stereo speakers, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition packs a 5000 mAh battery with 67W fast charge support.
It runs on Android 13 OS with MIUI 14 on top.
