Vivo unveiled its first Snapdragon 8 Gen 2-powered phone yesterday. There are several brands expected to launch 8 Gen 2 devices before the end of the year, including cousin iQOO. We have received an invitation to reveal the iQOO 11 series on December 2.
The date has also been confirmed by a poster around the web, along with a picture of an iQOO 11. A white iQOO phone with racing stripes is instantly recognizable.
iQOO is keeping the rectangular camera island for this generation, but dropping the carbon fiber decoration.
iQOO 11 Specs:
The iQOO 11 will feature a Samsung AMOLED E6 display with a 2K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate, according to the tipster. The panel will be flat and support high-frequency dimming. It is rumored that the iQOO 11 Pro will have the same display panel, but curved edges.
iQOO 11 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. It will feature 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage. Recently, UFS 4.0 was announced, but no flagship phone has included it. Accordingly, the iQOO 11 lineup will be the first to offer UFS 4.0 storage.
There will be a large battery capable of 100W charging power. Dual X-axis linear motors will enhance the gaming experience.
According to other reports, the iQOO 11 will feature a triple camera unit with a 50-megapixel main camera, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 13-megapixel telephoto lens. The device will feature a 6.78-inch display and a 16-megapixel front camera. Battery capacity is likely to be 5,000mAh. India may rebrand the device as the iQOO 10.
