Google Pixel Fold leaks based on real images of the phone from the same tipster who gave us the first look at the Google Pixel Watch. According to Jon Prosser, the face of Front Page Tech, the Pixel Fold is a real device and is expected to be called the Pixel Fold. However, this has yet to be confirmed by Google.
The foldable Pixel will be available in Chalk and Obsidian, which is white and black, according to Prosser, who is “highly confident” about the leak. Google has codenamed the device Project Passport, and it will cost $1,799. The device will feature a Pixel-like external display with a 9.5MP punch-hole camera and a 9.5MP camera in the top right of the bezel surrounding the internal tablet screen.
A fingerprint scanner will be integrated with the side-mounted power button, and the speakers will be on the top and bottom of the phone. Pixel Fold does not have an under-display biometric reader. Even though the back camera bar looks similar to the Pixel 7 series, it is not an exact copy.
Ross Young previously posted rumors that the Pixel Fold has a 7.6-inch internal display with a 120Hz refresh rate made by Samsung. The latter will also provide the 5.8-inch external cover display for the Pixel Fold. The project has started, stopped, and started again more than once. Google’s first Pixel foldable will no doubt please Pixel fans.
