Vivo announced camera upgrades for the X90 series last month and recently announced the V2 chip, which will debut on the X90 series. According to a leaked promo video, the X90 series will launch on November 22. The company hasn’t announced the launch date for the X90 series yet. At 7 PM local time, it will be unveiled in China.
We’ve already seen the vivo X90 Pro+ in a leaked photo and an official teaser. While those pictures showed the X90 Pro+ only in red color, the leaked promo video shows the smartphone in black as well.
There will be three models in the X90 series at launch – vanilla, Pro, and Pro+. Recently, the X90 Pro+ was spotted on Geekbench with Android 13, 12GB RAM, and the yet-to-be-announced Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. The Vanilla version should have Dimensity 9200 processor, while the Pro version could be what Vivo planned to launch as X80 Pro+ in September. It was expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1.
