China’s TENAA authority approved an upcoming Redmi handset with the model number 22120RN86C yesterday. Now that the entire specifications of the phone have been added to the listing, which previously only revealed its images. According to its design and specifications, the phone may debut with the Redmi 11A moniker.
The Redmi 22120RN86C is equipped with a waterdrop notch display. It features a square-shaped module on the back with a dual camera setup, an LED flash, and a fingerprint sensor.

TechGoing reports that the purported Redmi 11A has a 6.708-inch IPS LCD display with an HD+ resolution of 1650 x 720 pixels. It comes with a 2.0GHz octa-core processor and 2GB / 4GB / 6GB / 8GB of RAM.
The 11A is expected to come in 32GB, 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB storage options. MicroSD cards will be supported for additional storage. The device is powered by a 5,000mAh battery. It is not known whether the device is fast-charging capable.
There is no information on whether or not the device will run Android 12 or Android 13. There is a 5-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel dual rear camera on the device. An IR blaster is also included.
Redmi has not yet confirmed the existence of the Redmi 11A, but now that TENAA has approved it, it is likely that it will be available soon.
