Nearing the end of the year, there have been numerous leaks regarding smartphone brands’ upcoming flagship smartphones. The latest leak reveals interesting details about the OnePlus 11 Pro, which could simply be the base 11 models.

This year, OnePlus launched its first flagship model, the OnePlus 10 Pro, without launching a base model. According to a recent report, the brand will launch the OnePlus 11 this year. This model will have top-notch specs and features usually found on the Pro version of the phone, or the OnePlus 11 Pro. According to known tipster Max Jambor, the OnePlus Pro model will be called OnePlus 11.

It is expected that the base 11 models will be the company’s flagship model during the first half of next year. It’s the OnePlus 11 Pro that’s missing this year, as it was last year. Currently, the new premium-grade handset is expected to launch around the same time as the 10 Pro in 2022. As a result, we can expect the launch to take place in January 2023.

Additionally, there is a possibility that the OnePlus 11 will be the first flagship of 2023. It will use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. The refreshed Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 chipset might be launched with the 11 Pro in the second half of the year. For now, take this report with a pinch of salt and stay tuned for more updates.
