First time in India, Realme announced Care+. Realme offers some after-sale support for its products. In addition to extended warranty plans and accidental damage insurance, Realme Care+ offers screen damage protection.
The company has activated a toll-free customer care number for Realme Care+ – 1800 102 2777. If a consumer has a query, they can call the company’s landline number to get an answer. A warranty plan will be activated as soon as it is purchased, according to the company. Realme Care+ is only available for a specific IMEI number and can only be used on one device.

A Realme Care+ plan offers three services; an extended warranty plan, an accidental warranty, and a screen damage protection plan. The extended warranty plan lets you request unlimited repairs or replacements of the device. It is valid for a year and ranges from Rs 589 to Rs 2,799 per month.
Physical and liquid damage is covered by the accidental warranty. With a one-year validity, it costs between Rs 689 and Rs 4899.
Last but not least, the screen damage protection plan covers one-time screen replacements. The price ranges from Rs 489 to Rs 2549, and it has a one-year validity period.
In order to receive an exact quote of the price, one needs to enter their serial number or IMEI number on Realme Care+’s website. The consumer can book either of these services through the same website. The device will be sent to a nearby service center for repair and returned to you.
Users can also cancel Realme Care+ subscriptions if they want to. Those who purchased the warranty plan along with a Realme device can cancel it by canceling their order or returning it. Cancellation is not available if it has been purchased separately.
