Earlier this year, iQOO launched the iQOO Neo 6 in China and India. As a result of its top-notch features and affordable price, the handset became very popular among consumers.

iQOO is reportedly preparing to bring its successor, the Neo 7, to China later this month. A number of leaks have surfaced ahead of the handset’s official debut. The latest one reveals details about its battery and charging capabilities.

Panda, a known Chinese tipster, has revealed new information regarding the iQOO Neo 7’s battery and charging. The device will be equipped with a 5,000mAh battery and support 120W fast charging. According to the device’s 3C listing, the charging is not surprising.

Compared to its predecessor, the Neo 7 supports 120W fast charging, a significant upgrade. The upcoming handset will likely not support wireless charging, just like the Neo 6.

MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ is expected to power the iQOO Neo 7. It is expected to have a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz high refresh rate on the front.

According to reports, the device will feature a triple camera setup on the back, including a new 50-megapixel primary camera based on a Sony IMX766V sensor. IQOO 8 Pro also uses the same sensor. Furthermore, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 12-megapixel portrait telephoto lens are expected to be included in the device.

iQOO has not yet confirmed any details about its upcoming smartphone. In the coming days, we hope to learn more about it.
