The Honor Pad 8 has been launched in India today. With its latest offering, the company re-enters the country’s tablet market after many years. In the global market, the device has already been unveiled, and the Indian variant has the same specifications. Check out what it has to offer.

In terms of display, the Honor Pad 8 features a 12-inch screen with a 2K resolution and 350 nits of brightness. The screen is TUV Rheinland low blue light certified and it has an 87 percent screen-to-body ratio. It has a metal unibody.
The Honor Pad 8 is equipped with an 8-speaker system tuned by DTS:X Ultrasound and Honor’s own Histen audio algorithm. On the back of the Honor Pad 8, there is a pill-shaped camera module. There is a 5MP sensor but no LED flash. Additionally, there is a 5MP selfie camera on the front.
The Honor Pad 8 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor based on a 6nm process. An Adreno 610 GPU is integrated into the SoC. It comes with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. Featuring multiwindow and multiscreen collaboration features, the tablet runs Android 12-based MagicUI 6.1 software.

It is powered by a 7250mAh battery unit with 22.5W fast charging support. The device is equipped with a USB-C port, Bluetooth, and WiFi connectivity options.
A base 4GB + 128GB Honor Pad 8 comes with an introductory price tag of Rs 19,999 whereas a 6GB + 128GB Honor Pad 8 costs Rs 21,999. Starting September 23rd, Flipkart will offer the tablet in a single Blue colour.
