We got a glimpse of Google’s long-awaited Pixel watch at I/O ’22. On October 6, Google will unveil its first smartwatch alongside the Pixel 7 smartphones at a “Made by Google” event. A new report reveals the Pixel Watch’s pricing details and color options ahead of its launch. Details follow.
According to Pricebaba, tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore revealed that the Google Pixel Watch will be available in three colorways – Chalk, Charcoal, and Obsidian. It also claims that in Europe, the Wi-Fi version of the wearable will cost around 250 euros (Rs 19,250) and 350 euros (Rs 27,900). The Pixel watch will cost comparatively less in India.
For those who are unfamiliar with the Pixel watch, it is likely to come in three versions. There may be one model that only supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, and the other two could also have LTE connectivity. According to previous leaks, the Pixel Watch LTE will cost around $399 (Rs 31,800) in the US.
Based on the specifications, it is likely that the Google Pixel Watch will have an OLED screen. An older Exynos 9110 chipset and 1.5GB or 2GB of RAM may be used. An additional processor is also expected to share the load with the watch’s processor. Additionally, it will offer 32GB of native storage and run on WearOS.
