Xiaomi plans to launch a new tablet soon. A new leak reveals the Redmi Pad’s launch timeline, color options, and even storage configurations.
According to reports, the Chinese tech giant might launch the upcoming tablet within this week. A report from TechGoing, however, claims that the Redmi Pad will launch next month, in October 2022. Another report from PriceBaba also suggests that the October launch date may be accurate. A known tipster also revealed the new tablet’s color options.
Graphite Grey, Mint Green, and Moonlight Silver are the possible color options for the Redmi Pad. Moreover, the tipster has also revealed that the tablet will be available in at least two memory variants. Two models are available, one with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, and one with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Besides the two storage options and three color options, the Redmi Pad is also rumored to be available in Mint Green.
Redmi Pad’s Mint Green colour has been confirmed in more news. A report by MySmartPrice spotted a social media post by the official Xiaomi Kuwait account earlier today revealing the tablet’s design. Despite being deleted, the social media post showed the Redmi Pad in all its glory.
The Redmi Pad’s pricing was also revealed by Xiaomi. According to the post, the Redmi Pad will cost 71.9 Kuwaiti Dinars, which is about Rs 18,800. This indicates that the Redmi Pad will be Xiaomi’s cheapest tablet to date.
