Samsung has finally unveiled the prices for the new Galaxy Z foldable for the Indian market after nearly a week of waiting. The Z Flip4 and Z Fold4 are now available for pre-order, with some special gifts and discounts included. Samsung Live is having a special promo event that starts today and ends tomorrow at midnight.
Sadly, this year there is an almost 5K hike when compared with its predecessor. The Galaxy Z Flip4 cost Rs.89,999/- for 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB at Rs.94,499/- & Galaxy Z Flip4 BeSpoke Edition with 8GB+256GB at Rs.97,999/- in India. The Galaxy Z Fold4 with 12GB+256GB cost Rs.1,54,999/-, 12GB+512GB at Rs.1,64,999/- & 12GB+1TB at Rs.1,84,999/- in India.
We should note that Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip4 is only available in the 256GB Bespoke Edition (and doesn’t come in the 512GB trim) in the country. For the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4, the top 1TB model is only available through Samsung Live and Samsung Exclusive Stores.
This is the base price, the two-day promo event offers discounts. If you pre-book a Z Fold4, you’ll get 8,000 cash back and if you pre-book a Z Flip4, you’ll get 7,000 cash back. In order to do so, you will need either an HDFC credit card or an HDFC debit card. In addition, you will receive an additional 8,000 or 7,000 when trading in an old phone for credit.
Plus, you’ll get a free Wireless Charger Duo (normally valued at ₹5,200). There is also a free Slim Clear Cover (worth $2,000) included with the Galaxy Z Flip4 Bespoke Edition. There’s also a hefty discount on the previous generation Galaxy watch. Pre-bookers can get a Galaxy Watch4 Classic 46mm, Bluetooth for ₹3,000 (down from the MSRP of ₹35,000). As an alternative to the Z Flip4, you can get a Watch4 Classic (42mm, Bluetooth) for ₹3,000 (down from ₹32,000).
