There have been rumors about Xiaomi 13 series since the Xiaomi 12S series was launched a few weeks ago. Xiaomi’s next-generation series may debut in November and be equipped with Qualcomm’s yet-to-be-released Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.
According to a popular tipster, Xiaomi 13 series will feature a single-cell 100W battery supported by the company’s self-developed charging chips. It is also rumored to support 50W fast wireless charging.
There have been some interesting details revealed about Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship series on the Tipster Digital chat station. An earlier tip detailed the processor and launch date of the series. A 100W single-cell battery will be used in Xiaomi’s 13 Series, he revealed today. An in-house charging chip will accompany the battery.
There is a possibility that Xiaomi’s 13 series of smartphones will use an upgraded version of Surge P1, the company’s first-generation charging chip. Power management was improved by using Surge P1. Heat loss from the chip can be reduced by up to 30%.
As well as wireless fast charging, Xiaomi 13 series will support up to 50W, the same as Xiaomi 12S Ultra. Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro are expected to be included in the series. The launch may take place in November. In the coming days, we should learn more about the upcoming series.
