After the various leaks revealing the new Realme GT2 Explorer Master Edition detailed specs with renders. The company took Twitter to officially reveal the first look of the new Realme GT 2 Explorer Master Edition. Previously Realme confirmed that Realme GT2 Explorer Master Edition will launch on July 12 in China.

Design:

The new Realme GT 2 Explorer Master Edition looks identical to previous Realme GT 2 series devices. This time the new Realme GT 2 Explorer Master Edition comes with a travel trunk-like design. The rear of the device features triple rear cameras with one huge main sensor & two small sensors below it with an LED flash in the center.

The USB Type-C port with speaker mesh & mic is placed on the bottom of the device. The power button with volume rockers is on the right. This is also the first time Jae-Jun has worked with The North Face or Ralph Lauren, who is inheriting the canvas from Naoto Fukusawa.

 

Specs:

The Realme GT 2 Explorer Master Edition gets a 6.62 inches FHD+ resolution AMOLED E4 flat display on the front. It comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner. It is equipped with advanced Corning Gorilla Glass 5 along with 10-bit color, HDR10+ & 1-120Hz adaptive refresh rate.

The Realme GT 2 Explorer Master Edition is powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC which is clocked at 3.0 GHz speed. It is coupled with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage space.

The new Realme GT 2 Explorer Master Edition will arrive with a 50MP Sony IMX766 main sensor with OIS on the back. Yes, the same sensor that the Oppo Find X3 Pro & OnePlus 9 Pro had. There is another 50MP ultra-wide f/2.2 aperture shooter with 119 degrees FOV. Lastly, the device comes with a 2MP macro Camera with an LED flash.

The device comes with a 16MP selfie shooter placed under the punch-hole display. The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE support, 5G Dual Mode (SA/NSA) support, Wifi 6e, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, USB Type-C port and 1216 Linear Speaker, Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res Audio certification.

The Realme GT 2 Explorer Master Edition packs a larger 5000 mAh battery with 100W Dart charging support. It runs on Android 12 OS with Realme UI 3.0 on top. It also features an advanced Antenna Matrix System and Dolby Atmos Dual Stereo Speakers.
