Xiaomi is all set to launch the global flagship smartphone series aka the Xiaomi 12T series. Ahead of the launch we already saw leaks revealing some of the details about the device. Now popular tipster has found out some interesting details about the new Xiaomi 12T series ahead of the official launch.
As per the source, the new Xiaomi 12T series will include two new devices codenamed plato and diting. The former is the new Xiaomi 12T whereas the latter turns out to be the powerful Xiaomi 12T Pro. Further, the report adds that the codename palto was found under the Mtklist in the Mi Code.
So the new Xiaomi 12T is likely to be powered by a MediaTek chipset after all. The source confirmed that Xiaomi 12T will be powered by an unannounced Dimensity 8100 Ultra SoC. The Xiaomi 12T Pro will be powered by SD 8+ Gen 1 SoC making it much more powerful than the new Xiaomi 12T. It will come in 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage.
Further, the FCC listing revealed the Xiaomi 12T series will include Wi-Fi 802.11ax, 5G (7 bands), Bluetooth, GPS, and an IR blaster.
