POCO is all set to announce the killer flagship POCO F1 successor finally after almost two long years with POCO F4 5G. Previously we already saw various leaks revealing almost everything about the POCO F4 5G. Now the company has officially announced the launch details for the new POCO F4 5G.
As per the post, the new POCO F4 5G will be making its global debut in India on June 23 at 5:30 PM IST. Yet, again the device will be exclusive to Flipkart similar to its predecessor. We can expect some great launch offers for early buyers. The teaser confirms the previous leaks about POCO F4 to be rebadged Redmi K40S for Global markets.
POCO F4:
POCO F4 comes with an almost similar design as the Redmi K50 series and the only difference is in terms of processor. The new POCO F4 comes with a 3D curved frosted glass body with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Both devices measure 7.7 mm thick and weigh 195 grams.
The POCO F4 5G sport the new AMOLED 6.67 inches FHD+ display with 120Hz refresh rates. It also comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top and HDR 10+ support. POCO F4 5G is powered by new SD870G SoC with Snapdragon X52 modem for 5G. The POCO F4 comes with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage version.
The new POCO F4 5G features triple-rear cameras with a 64MP OmniVision OV64B Sensor primary sensor with an aperture of f/1.8, OIS support, and an 8MP 120-degrees Ultra-wide-angle lens with an aperture of f/2.2, & 2MP macro sensor with an aperture of f/2.4, 1.75μm with LED flash. It comes with a 4K video recording at 30fps and 720p at 960fps. The POCO F4 comes with a single selfie camera with a 20MP sensor.
The new POCO F4 will feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner along with an IR blaster. The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE, 5G, Wifi 6e, Dual Frequency GPS, GLONASS, NFC, FM Radio, USB Type-C port, & Bluetooth 5.2 support. The Redmi K40S also features a 1217 Linear Speaker along with Smart PA & Dolby Atmos support.
The POCO F4 packs a 4500 mAh battery with 67W (5G) fast charging support. The new POCO F4 runs on Android 12 with MIUI 13 on top. The new POCO F4 5G will arrive in Black, Silver, Iridescent, and Green colors.
Pricing:
The new POCO F4 will come with 6GB+128GB at the price tag of Rs.26,999/- but the launch offer will make the price come down to Rs.23,999/-.
