Xiaomi is back with a rebranding game for its sister brand POCO. In the past, we saw POCO launching the POCO F4 GT which turned out to be rebranded Redmi K50G. Further, we also saw POCO X4 Pro be again rebranded as Redmi Note 11 Pro+. Now we have another new smartphone going to soon launch in India with Redmi K50i series.
As per the source, Xiaomi is now considering relaunching the recently launched Redmi Note 11T Pro & Redmi Note 11T Pro+ as Redmi K50i & Redmi K50i Pro. Yes, finally Redmi is back with K-series with Redmi K50i & Redmi K0i Pro in India which turns out to be the rebranded Redmi Note 11T Pro series. The only change we find on the Redmi K50i Pro will be in terms of the main sensor.
Now the new Redmi K50i Pro will feature a massive 108MP main camera. Remaining the specs will be the same as the Redmi Note 11T Pro series.

The new Redmi K50i & Redmi K50i Pro will sport 6.6 inches FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on the front with a premium matte glass back.
The new Redmi K50i series will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC. The device will come with 6GB/8GB RAM and a 128GB storage option. It comes with stereo speakers with IR Blaster and IP52 certification making them water-resistant.
The new Redmi K50i has a 64MP main sensor Samsung GW1. Redmi K50i Pro with 108MP main sensor. The remaining sensors will be the same on both phones with 8MP ultra-wide & 2MP depth sensors with LED flash. It features a 16MP selfie shooter at the front. It also features Dolby Vision N Atmos support. The Redmi K50i will pack the 4400 mAh battery with 67W fast charge support. The Redmi K50i Pro comes with a 5080 mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM, 5G, Dual 4G LTE, and VoLTE support, Wifi 6, A-GPS, NFC, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.3, USB Type-C port, 3.5 mm audio jack, FM Radio, and in-display fingerprint scanner. It ships with Android 12 with MIUI 12 on top.
