With days passing we have no details about when exactly the new Xiaomi 12 Ultra going to launch. But there is no stop to leaks or rumors about the device. We have now got another major leak hinting about the camera specs of the new Xiaomi 12 Ultra. In the past, we had got leaks suggesting that Xiaomi 12 Ultra will come with SD 8 Gen 1+ SoC.
Now the same source has leaked that the camera on the Xiaomi 12 Ultra will turn out to be a disappointment after all. As per the source, the leaked case of the alleged Xiaomi 12 Ultra comes with camera details marked below the camera cut-out. The Xiaomi 12 Ultra will ditch the secondary screen this year and features a huge circular camera module.
There are almost seven unknown cut-outs on the camera module but four of them will be for the camera remaining three might be for LED flash & Laser AF or 3D camera. The leak further reveals that Xiaomi 12 Ultra will feature a 120x, 12-120mm, f/1.95-4.1 camera the same one found on Xiaomi 11 Ultra.
So we can expect the Xiaomi 12 Ultra to feature a 48MP ultra-wide with a 12mm lens to a 48MP telephoto lens with 120mm. The aperture starts from f/1.95 for the main sensor to f/4.1 for the periscope or telephoto lens. With this, we can conclude that Xiaomi 12 Ultra will retain the same cameras as its predecessor. But the device will come with powerful SD 8 Gen 1+ SoC after all.
