Looks like we just got a green signal from Xiaomi for its popular Xiaomi 12 series expansion in India. As we know that Xiaomi just launched the premium Xiaomi 12 Pro in India. Sadly, the company didn’t reveal whether the cheaper Xiaomi 12 & Xiaomi 12X will ever land in India.
Now we have got a new report from the popular news channel Zee News where Xiaomi India Chief Business Officer Raghu Reddy confirmed the news. As per the report, Raghu Reddy revealed that Xiaomi considering expanding the new Xiaomi 12 series with multiple models in the coming months.
Further, when asked specifically about the Xiaomi 12 & Xiaomi 12X launch the company just answered that more Xiaomi 12 series phones will hit India soon. It is hard to tell when or the exact timeline but will launch pretty soon. So we can now confirm that Xiaomi will soon expand the lineup with the Xiaomi 12X series probably.
As per earlier leaks, Xiaomi is planning to relaunch the Redmi K50 series as Xiaomi 12X series for India. The Xiaomi 12X & Xiaomi 12X Pro could be the upcoming smartphones under the Xiaomi 12 series.
