Samsung has finally launched the cheapest 5G phone in India with the new Galaxy M33 5G. Previously we saw Samsung overpricing some of its Galaxy A series smartphones in the country. Now the new Galaxy M33 5G might surprise many with its attractive price tag in the country. The Galaxy M33 5G will go on sale from April 8 through Amazon & Samsung.com.

Samsung Galaxy M33 5G:

The new Galaxy M33 5G reminds us of the predecessor Galaxy M22 with no major design changes at all. It looks strikingly similar to the predecessor with the same waterdrop notch on the front with thicker bezels. The Galaxy M33 again features a square-shaped camera module featuring quad-rear cameras. It comes in Green, Blue, & Brown colors.

 

The Galaxy M33 will again ship with a polycarbonate back with a textured back and measures 9.4 mm thick. It weighs around 215g. The new Galaxy M33 sports 6.6 inches FHD+ Infinity-V  TFT display. The new Galaxy M33 is powered by an Exynos 1280 SoC coupled with 6GB/8GB RAM & 128GB internal storage. It gets support for storage expansion via a microSD card.

On the back, the Galaxy M33 features quad rear cameras with a 48MP main sensor having an aperture of f/2.0, a 5MP ultra-wide sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and a dual 2MP depth plus macro sensor with an aperture of f/2.4 and LED flash. There is an 8MP selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.2.

All this is packed with a larger 6000 mAh battery and comes with 15W fast charging support. The new Galaxy M33 runs on Android 12 with One UI 4.1 on top. The device also keeps the 5G, 4G, VoLTE, 3.5 mm jack, USB Type-C port, FM Radio, Bluetooth 5.0, Wifi, A-GPS, NFC, GLONASS, and also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Pricing:

The new Galaxy M33 5G with 6GB+128GB cost Rs.17,999/- whereas the 8GB+128GB at Rs.19,499/- in India.  The launch offers include flat Rs.2000/- cashback for ICICI Bank Credit card users.
