In the past, we saw Samsung delaying the launch of the Galaxy S21 FE due to ongoing chip shortages. Back in Jan Samsung introduced the Galaxy S21 FE which arrived in two different processors one with SD888 other with Exynos 2200 SoC. Now we have an early leak coming out from China that reveals the details of Galaxy S22 FE.
As per the source, the new Galaxy S22 FE will surprise many this year as it will come with a new processor that no one ever expected. Yes, Samsung will join hands with MediaTek for this year’s affordable flagship. One of the tipsters from China revealed that Galaxy S22 FE or the Galaxy A53 Pro is likely to ship with the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC.
Yes, for the first time ever the premium S-series will be using the MediaTek chipset as it always arrives with Qualcomm or a custom Exynos processor. As Samsung never introduces the Pro variant of any model the rumors of Galaxy A53 Pro turns out to be fake. So we expect the new Galaxy S22 FE might be the device that comes with Dimensity 9000 SoC.
As the tipster doesn’t have a good track record for the leaks we are still not sure this leak is legit or fake at the moment.
