We saw various leaks about Samsung’s much-awaited mid-range phone Galaxy A53 5G & Galaxy A73 5G. In the past, we also got to know Samsung has already scheduled the launch event for Galaxy A53 5G on March 17. Now we have some major leaks coming out for the affordable Galaxy M53 5G.
As per the source, they have already leaked the Galaxy M53 5G specs on YouTube. The new Galaxy M53 5G will sport a larger 6.7 inches FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is said to sport center punch-hole display similar to its predecessor. Further, the back design of the Galaxy M53 5G will disappoint for sure as it’s similar to last year’s Galaxy F62.
The most disappointing factor is the downgrade of the processor on the Galaxy M53 5G which will now ship with Dimensity 900 SoC. Yes, the device just got a major downgrade in terms of performance. Further, the device comes in two storage variants with 8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage options.
With performance downgrade, we have some major upgrades in terms of cameras on Galaxy M53 5G. Now the Galaxy M53 5G might become the first mid-range phone from Samsung to ship with a 108MP main sensor. It will be coupled with 8MP ultra-wide coupled with dual 2MP depth plus macro sensor. It will feature a 32MP selfie shooter under the punch-hole notch.
All this is backed by the same 5000 mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. Lastly, the source revealed that Galaxy M53 5G will cost anywhere between $450 and $480 (Rs.35,600/- to Rs.37,000/-) for the base variant.
