Looks like we finally have good news for those waiting for HTC premium flagships. Yes, the dead company is still alive and now planning to launch its first flagship later this year. In the past, we saw HTC announcing only mid-range smartphones at very high prices and was limited to Taiwan. Now the company is all set to launch the first flagship in almost three years i.e HTC U12+.
As per the report, HTC has now revealed that they are working on a premium flagship that will focus on VR and AR with deep integration on their custom version of Metaverse. Apart from this nothing much about the HTC flagship is revealed at the moment. So after 2018 HTC has hardly launched any premium smartphones & is struggling to survive.
With LG almost leaving the game to Chinese brand and Samsung now we have another competitor entering the race back with HTC. Hope the HTC flagship comes with top-end specs with an attractive price tag. So that it can give sleepless nights to Samsung. Anyway, it is too early for us to comment about the smartphone.
