POCO M4 Pro 5G

Looks like we have some new smartphones from POCO to finally land in India soon. After the launch of POCO C31, we didn’t see any new smartphone launches from the company happening in India. Finally, we have now got the official teaser poster that reveals POCO M4 Pro 5G is all set to land in India soon.

As per the source, they have spotted the POCO official teaser poster that shows the POCO M4 Pro 5G with the tagline Set Up Ur Game. The device looks similar to POCO M4 Pro 5G but we are still not clear its 4G variant or 5G variant at the moment. So we can expect 4G only models launching in India as there is no 5G mention anywhere. The device comes in Blue color but we can expect multiple color variants at the launch.

As we recently spotted both POCO M4 Pro & POCO M4 Pro 5G pass through BIS and various listings. We can expect both variants of the POCO M4 Pro will be launching in India soon.

Display:

POCO M4 Pro 5G

The Poco M4 Pro 5G’s display is slightly larger, measuring 6.6″ diagonally (up from 6.5″), with a 1080p+ resolution (20:9) and a 90Hz refresh rate. The sampling rate for touch has been increased to 240Hz (up from 180Hz). The display is still protected by Gorilla Glass 3 and now has a normal brightness of 450 nits (up from 400 nits).

Camera:

The camera panel on the back was restored to its full width (no hump – only the region containing the lenses and flash was raised). The main camera switched to a 50MP sensor (up from 48MP 1/2.0”), but the notable change here is the addition of an 8MP ultrawide camera with 119º FoV, which will offer extra flexibility when shooting with the M4 Pro. In addition, the selfie camera’s resolution has been increased to 16 MP.

Processor:

These aren’t camera phones, though, these are instead affordable 5G phones with great battery life. The Dimensity 810 chipset, a 6nm version of the Dimensity 700 (7nm) that powered the M3 Pro, provides a 5G connection.

Connectivity:

The phone’s second element of the mission statement is that it has a 5,000 mAh battery, which is the same as the previous iteration. Charge speed has been improved with the bundled 33W adapter (up from 18W). Allowing for a 0-100 percent charge in 59 minutes. A quick top-up of ten minutes is enough to watch approximately two and a half hours of video.

Stereo speakers are included with the new POCO M4 Pro. The 3.5 mm headphone connector, as well as the microSD expansion slot, are still present. NFC is present and the fingerprint reader is built into the Power key.
