Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi was previously teased about the next mid-range smartphone launch in India with Redmi Note 11S. Recently Xiaomi too announced the global launch for affordable Redmi Note 11 series launch which is happening on Jan 26. Now Redmi India has officially revealed the launch date for the new Redmi Note 11S.
As per the teaser, Xiaomi India will launch the new Redmi Note 11S in the country on Feb 9. Yes, the launch has been delayed probably due to the Global launch happening this week. It might be again exclusive to Amazon and will also go on sale through Mi.com. The teaser also gives us the first glimpse of the device.
We can see that Redmi Note 11S will look similar to the previously launched Redmi Note 11 series with a typical triple-camera layout aligned vertically. It comes in Blue color with squarish edges.

As per the source, the new Redmi Note 11S will sport 6.4 inches FHD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The new Redmi Note 11S will feature a 108MP Samsung HM2 main sensor coupled with an 8MP ultra-wide & dual 2MP depth plus macro sensor with LED flash.
The new Redmi Note 11S is likely to be powered by MediaTek Helio G96 SoC coupled with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage. The Redmi Note 11S will run on Android 11 OS with MIUI 12.5 on top. It packs a 5000 mAh battery and comes with 33W fast charging support.
The source expects the Redmi Note 11S with 6GB+64GB will cost anywhere around Rs.16,000 to Rs.17,000/- in India.
