After the launch of the new Xiaomi 12 series in China which was probably the much-awaited flagship this year. Now we have some leaks for the sub-brand aka POCO which is part of Xiaomi. In the past, we saw POCO announcing the POCO M4 Pro 5G on the global market. Sadly it never made its debut on Indian shores as of now.
Now we have a new leak which reveals that the company is already planning to introduce cheaper POCO M4 next. Yes, the successor to last year’s POCO M3 aka POCO M4 will be launching soon. As per the report, the new POCO M4 will be official in early Feb 2022 in Global & Asian markets. Further, the source also confirmed the key specs of the new POCO M4.
As per the source, the new POCO M4 will now come with a 90Hz refresh rate display on the front. This time the new POCO M4 will likely be powered by a MediaTek processor. It will feature triple rear cameras with LED flash. The device comes with a 64MP OmniVision OV64B40 sensor, 8MP IMX355 ultra-wide sensor, and a 2MP OV2A depth sensor.
Sadly, the POCO M4 will still run on outdated Android 11 OS with MIUI 12.5 on top. More details about the new POCO M4 will be out in the coming weeks.
