HTC upcoming flagship smartphone the HTC U12 is now rumoured to sport 4K display as per reports by DigiTimes.As HTC is under loss and we can expect the lesser number of devices will be launched in 2018 to control the cost of its struggling mobile business.Earlier we had some rumours about HTC might launch the HTC U11 Plus which will be marketed as HTC U11 EYEs.
As per earlier leaks, the HTC U11 EYEs is rumoured to be launched in early Jan 2018 and will sport 5.99 inches FHD+ display with an aspect ratio of 18:9.Now as per industry insiders, the upcoming successor to HTC U11 with HTC U12 will feature a 4K display with an aspect ratio of 18:9.It will be powered by SD845 SoC and will feature Dual rear cameras.Apart from this, there are no more details leaked about the device.
With struggling mobile business HTC is betting high on HTC U12 which might make them gain back the lost market shares.So we have to wait for few more weeks for some more details regarding the HTC U12.The HTC U12 might be launched at MWC 2018 which is held on Feb 28 at Barcelona.
