Not too far from now, Oppo’s latest flagships, Reno7 and Reno7 Pro, will be available in India by January next year. Sony’s new IMX709 Cat-Eye lens and a unique notification light around the camera bump will distinguish these devices from others launching on November 25 in China. Just two days before the official launch of the Reno7 and Reno7 Pro in China, Evan Blass has once again divulged quite a few details about the two devices.

Oppo Reno7 5G:

The Oppo Reno7 will be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor, 8GB or 12GB of RAM, and 128GB or 256GB of storage. It comes with a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400*1080 pixels and a pixel density of 409 pixels per inch. There is a maximum brightness of 600 nits on this phone. With a refresh rate of 90Hz and a touch sampling rate of 180Hz, the display offers a high level of responsiveness. The phone’s screen-to-body ratio is 91.70 percent.
The Reno7 comes with triple cameras on the back. It includes a 64-megapixel primary camera as well as an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel macro lens. The primary camera and the wide-angle lens are from Omnivision. The selfie camera features a 32-megapixel Sony IMX709 sensor for selfies and video calls.
In addition to Bluetooth 5.2 and dual-band Wi-Fi, the phone also supports 5G. Android 11 is pre-installed with ColorOS 12 on top. With its 4500mAh battery, the phone can support fast charging up to 65W. The phone weighs 185 grams.

Oppo Reno7 Pro 5G:

A different kind of SoC is used in the Oppo Reno7 Pro. MediaTek’s Dimensity 1200 processor powers the phone, which has 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
You can choose between two variants- 8GB+256GB and 12GB+256GB. A slightly larger screen features a resolution of 2400*1080 pixels with a pixel density of 402 PPI on the phone’s 6.55-inch AMOLED display. With 920 nits of peak brightness, this phone’s display is brighter. The display features a 90Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling, and 92.80% screen-to-body ratio.
Sony seems to have supplied the majority of the Reno7 Pro’s camera sensors. The Reno7 Pro also features triple rear cameras. It consists of a 50-megapixel Sony IMX 766 primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. As with the Reno 7, there is a 32-megapixel Sony IMX709 sensor on the front for selfies and video calls.
The phone has the same software, connectivity options, battery capacity, and charging speed as the Reno7.  At 180 grams, the phone is slightly lighter.
