Though OnePlus says it is focusing more and more on camera performance, it is still not able to match its competitors’ telephoto lenses, and it does not appear that it will with its OnePlus 10 Pro flagship model either.
Digital Chat Station, a reputable Chinese tipster, states that the OnePlus 10 Pro won’t feature a periscope zoom camera, sticking with a standard optical zoom capable of 3.3x magnification and 30x digital zoom.
Further, the tipster says the sensor itself lacks high resolution, so the hybrid zoom feature is unlikely to impress. As for the next Find X or Realme GT flagships, don’t hold your breath as a report suggests those devices will also lack long-zoom cameras.
