We knew about the impending Moto G phones. Its phones are usually mid-range, with decent hardware and awesome clean vanilla Android, which many others envy Motorola for. Motorola is working on releasing the new Moto G41, G51, and G71. A few weeks ago, the Moto G51 was unveiled in China. Recently, the Moto G71 appeared on TENAA, and the Moto G41 was approved for sale in Brazil. However, some design renders of all three phones have appeared online, thanks to Nils Ahrensmeier.
He shared renders of the Moto G41, G51, and G71. Initially, he provided renders of the Moto G41 but then admitted to mixing up the renders of the Moto G71. So, for now, I’m going to presume these are G71 renders, not G41, because OIS is clearly mentioned, and knowing Motorola’s naming scheme, I’m quite sure the G71 is the higher-end model with OIS.
He shared further renders quoting the tweet above, which are Moto G41 renders. I could be wrong, but the caption seems broken, thus there’s nothing more to discover.
Finally, there’s the Moto G51, which is possibly the prettiest of the bunch. And we all know the phone’s hardware. On the front is a 6.8-inch IPS HD+ LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone has an octa-core Snapdragon 480 Plus SoC, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. It comes with Android 11.
The device boasts a 50-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro lens on the back. It has a 13-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. It has a 5,000mAh battery.
Little is known about Moto G41 and G71. Like the G51, the G71 may have a 6.4-inch full HD+ AMOLED display and 5G connectivity. The smartphone’s hardware is yet unknown, however, rumors claim an octa-core SoC with 5G compatibility and 2.2GHz clock rates. So we won’t be watching for more Motorola phone news.
