Xiaomi announced the official debut date for the Redmi Note 11 smartphone series earlier today (20th October 2021). Now, a corporate executive has released a comment regarding future devices.
According to Redmi’s General Manager, Lu Weibing, the Note 11 series of smartphones is the latest addition to its successful Note portfolio. According to the senior official, the series has 6 main functional changes and a new design. On his official Weibo account, he called the next Note 11 series “Note Reborn” (a Chinese microblogging website).
He even mentioned that the new Note 11 is part of the K40 series. That is, the new phones will be as powerful as the flagship K series. The Redmi Note 11 5G is expected to have a 120Hz LCD display, a 13MP front camera, a 50MP rear camera, MediaTek Dimensity 810, and a 5,000mAh battery with 33W rapid charging.
The Note 11 Pro+ 5G will have a 120Hz OLED display, 16 MP front camera, 108 MP back camera, Dimensity 920 chipset, and 5,000mAh battery with 67W quick charging. JD.com also announced a Note 11 Pro+ 5G model with a 5,000mAh battery and up to 120W fast charging.
