Later this year, the Reliance JioPhone Next is likely to be released. The company’s low-cost 4G smartphone will be available in November. The smartphone is listed on the Google Play Console ahead of its release.

The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm QM215 CPU, according to the documentation. It’s the Qualcomm Snapdragon 215 SoC, as the name says. Four Cortex-A53 cores make up the cheap processor. An Adreno 306 GPU is partnered with the CPU. It also has 2GB of RAM according to the Google Play Console. This suggests that the phone will come pre-installed with Android 11 (Go Edition).

The phone also boasts a 720 x 1440 HD+ resolution and a screen density of 320 pixels per inch, according to the listing. The remaining specifications of the Jio smartphone were also leaked in a prior article. It will have a 5.5-inch screen.

Reliance Jio will offer the phone in two storage configurations: 2GB + 16GB and 3GB + 32GB. There will be a 13MP single rear camera and an 8MP front camera on the phone. Under the hood, it will have a 2,500 mAh battery.

Jio had declared at the time of the introduction that the phone’s OS had been custom-tuned to provide a seamless user experience. Google Assistant, automatic read-aloud of screen text, language translation, and a smart camera with augmented reality filters are among them.

Jio apps such as JioSaavn, MyJio, JioTV, and others will be pre-installed on the phone. According to estimates, Reliance Jio will sell its smartphone for roughly Rs.3,499.
