OPPO had a launch event in China today, revealing many new items, including the OPPO K9 Pro smartphone. The mid-range phone offers excellent features at an affordable price.

The Oppo K9 Pro comes with6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED. It also supports a 120Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, HDR10, and DCI-P3 broad color gamut. A 16MP sensor is housed in a punch hole on the upper left.

The phone is powered by a Dimensity 1200 CPU with 8GB or 12GB RAM. Depending on RAM, you get 128GB or 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. There is no MicroSD card slot, however, there is OTG support, so you can attach a thumb drive.

There are three cameras on the rear of the phone: a 64MP f/1.7 main sensor, an 8MP f/2.2 super wide-angle camera with a 119o field of view, and a 3P macro lens that can take 4 CM macro pictures. It includes a neon portrait mode, a super night mode, and a night mode for the front camera.

The phone has a 4500mAh battery that can charge from 0% to 50% in only 16 minutes due to 60W Super Flash Charge. Additionally, the OPPO K9 Pro comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner and Face Unlock. OPPO bundles ColorOS 11, based on Android 11.

Priced at 2199 Yuan (Rs.25,100/-) for the 8GB+128GB version, it will be available for a short time for 199 Yuan less for early adopters, and 2699 Yuan (Rs.30,800/-) for the 12+256GB version. It will be sold beginning September 30.
