This week’s Apple presentation may not see the sixth-generation iPad mini, but new rumors and photos show the tablet in more detail.
There are notable changes between the new iPad mini and earlier renderings of the tablet, as seen in photos posted on Twitter by an unknown accessory manufacturer. The volume buttons were initially anticipated to be on the right side of the iPad mini, but are now on the top.
A full-sized Apple Pencil seems to be in the works. In the past, Apple has been said to be working on a smaller pen.
It also has a Touch ID fingerprint scanner integrated inside the power button and stereo speakers, according to the case manufacturer renderings.
One camera, one microphone, and one LED flash are on the tablet’s back. Notably absent from the initial iPad mini renderings, the latter may be a clever homage to the iPad Air. So, take it all with a grain of salt. The same goes for today’s iPad mini price and color leaks.
The iPad mini 6 may come in five hues at launch: Space Gray, Silver, Rose Gold, Gold, and Sky Blue, if reports are true. The basic 64GB Wi-Fi version will be $399 (Rs.29,500/-), according to the company’s estimates.
With 256GB, the price jumps to $549 (Rs.40,500/-). Both the 64GB and 256GB Cellular versions are expected to retail for $529 (Rs.39,000/-) and $679 (Rs.50,000/-). According to today’s information, the release is set for November.
