Our very first look at next year’s iPhone 14 comes just days before Apple launches its iPhone 13 series. One of the best tipsters out there, Jon Prosser, managed to gain some information about Apple’s plans for the iPhone in 2022. Apple appears to be planning a major redesign of its iPhone 14 Pro, according to Prosser. The iPhone 13 was so unwelcome that Prosser wanted fans to hold off on buying it, and it is easy to understand why. In addition to getting rid of the notch, the iPhone 14 will have a titanium frame, and it will also get rid of the rear camera bump.
iPhone 14 Pro Design:
The debut of the iPhone 14 comes from Jon Prosser in collaboration with Ian Zelbo aka @RendersbyIan. There is no notch on the iPhone 14, but a tiny hole-punch-hole camera will take its place. Inspired by the iPhone 4, the frames have round volume buttons. A titanium frame is said to be included in the new iPhone 14. Despite being flush with the glass, there is no apparent protrusion at the rear of the phone.
In the renders, the Apple logo is seen under the glass and the iPhone 14 is shown in a variety of colors. Although the colors shown aren’t final yet, they are Prosser’s own personal preference. Additionally, the iPhone 14 will retain its Lightning port. Unfortunately, this means we will have to wait a little longer before Apple makes the move to Type-C or goes portless.
As seen in these renderings, the iPhone 14’s design language marks a radical departure from its predecessors, the iPhone 12 and 13. September 14 is the date set for Apple’s iPhone 13 launch. According to the information we have so far, the iPhone 13’s notch will be smaller than its predecessor’s. After the iPhone 14 first look was released just before the Apple event, it may have dampened the enthusiasm of those looking to upgrade to the iPhone 13.
