According to reports, Vivo’s X70 series will launch next month, but no official announcement has been made by the company. At first, Vivo is expected to unveil three models – the Vivo X70, Vivo X70 Pro, and Vivo X70 Pro+. A leak of the key specifications of the phones has revealed some interesting details about them ahead of their launch.
A leaker known as Bald Panda posted the specifications on Weibo. In addition, he mentions the colours of the phones.
Vivo X70:
Vivo X70 will have a 6.56-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 1080p resolution. Initially, the handset will come with a Dimensity 1200 processor, but later, an Exynos 1080 variant will be announced.
Cameras will include a 40MP primary sensor and two 12MP/13MP ones. In comparison to the Vivo X60, the Vivo X70 packs a 4400mAh battery with 44W fast charging.
It will also have a Z-axis motor and an infrared scanner. The dimensions of this device are 158.5 x 73.4 x 8 mm. Its weight is 185 grams. Vivo X70 comes in three colours, black, white, and aurora. Aurora variants will have an AG finish.
Vivo X70 Pro:
In terms of screen size, resolution, and refresh rate, the Vivo X70 Pro will have the same specs as the standard model. In addition to the same 4400mAh battery capacity, it will also support 44W fast charging.
The phone will have the Exynos 1080 processor. Four cameras will be included – a 50MP main camera, two cameras with 12MP/13MP sensors, and a periscope camera with an 8MP sensor and 5x optical zoom.
Vivo X70 Pro is bigger (160.5 x 75.5 x 7.7 mm) but lighter at 181 grams. As with the Vivo X70, it will be offered in the same colours.
Vivo X70 Pro+:
In terms of specs, the X70 Pro+ is the top model of the series. While the display is larger, the resolution has been boosted to 2K on the 10-bit 10-bit screen. In addition, it has LTPO refresh rate of 120Hz.
This phone will ship with the Snapdragon 888 Plus processor, and it comes with a battery that has support for both fast wired charging at 55W and wireless charging at 50W. Additionally, it will have an IP68 rating.
The back of the phone is also equipped with four cameras. This unit has a 50MP Samsung GN1 sensor, along with a 48MP Sony IMX598 sensor, a 12MP camera, and an 8MP periscope camera with 5x optical zoom. It measures 165 x 75.5 x 9 mm, but its weight is unknown. The phone will be offered in three colours: black (AG finish), orange (vegetarian leather), and blue (plain leather).
