This month, Xiaomi is set to launch its 11T series of flagship smartphones. According to report, Xiaomi plans to announce the phone on Sept. 23, but it has already announced a launch event scheduled for Sept. 15. One more time, reliable tipster Digital Chat Station took to Weibo to share key specifications about the 11T models.
Despite what he has said before, he simply reiterates what other tipsters have already told us. Xiaomi’s 11T duo will support Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Previous Mi 10T models came with LCD screens that offered a 144Hz refresh rate. On the Xiaomi 11T lineup, the lower refresh rate will be compensated by an OLED panel on both models.
It is expected that the Dimensity 1200 chipset will power the Xiaomi 11T and 11T Pro smartphones. The vanilla version will include a quad camera with a 64-megapixel resolution, whereas the pro version will have a triple camera with a 108-megapixel resolution. According to the tipster, both models will feature vertically arranged triple cameras. Moreover, the right side of the camera will be equipped with a slender flash and an unknown sensor. There will be a similar camera layout to the Vivo X70.
Additionally, the Xiaomi 11T models will come with a side-facing fingerprint sensor. The 11T’s FCC certification documents contained a schematic earlier this week. An image appeared to show that it could have a power button with an integrated fingerprint sensor on its right edge. Previous models sported a side-facing fingerprint sensor.
