Looks like we got another leak that hints at the pricing details of the new Galaxy Buds2 ahead of the launch. In the past, we saw various leaks revealing the specs and pricing of the much-awaited premium Galaxy Buds2. Now we have confirmed pricing details been revealed by retailers in Europe.
As per the source, the leaked price of the Galaxy Buds2 is from a reliable source that has a good record in the past. Now the new Galaxy Buds2 will be retailing at €172.90 (Rs.15,300/-) inclusive of VAT in Europe. We already know that the prices in Europe are always higher due to huge tax slabs.
The price is almost similar to its predecessor which also landed at €170 in Europe. So there are no major changes in terms of pricing of the new Galaxy Buds2. Apart from that, the source also confirmed that Galaxy Buds2 will indeed feature ANC support. Another source confirmed that it will be a lot cheaper than expected at €149.99 (Rs.13,500/-) in Europe.
Features & Specs:
Samsung will launch the new in-ear headphones in several color variations, as revealed by leaks. These include graphite along with a classic, white, and lighter green. The Galaxy Buds 2 exterior design has seen a lot of changes. Samsung has replaced its first-generation bean design with an oval one, more reminiscent than the Galaxy Buds Pro at the start of this year.
The source indicates that the new wireless headphones for in-ear use should include “AKG signature,” sound, and active noise cancellation. According to the marketing materials we found, the Galaxy Buds2 delivers powerful, natural, and clear sound from AKG. Samsung has placed three microphones to allow clear conversations, even in noisy environments.
Samsung Buds2 is operated by touch control and an integrated AI from Samsung. The new buds are waterproof, sweat-resistant, and IPX2 compatible. The Buds 2 also have Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity, which allows them to be connected to other manufacturers’ smartphones.
However, these devices do not offer the same functionality or features as those associated with a Samsung smartphone. Samsung claims a battery that lasts around 20 hours with ANC. However, if you turn off noise suppression, the battery will last approximately 29 hours.
The new charging case, which is square and not rectangular like the Pro Buds 2, charges the Buds 2. It takes five minutes to charge the Buds 2. One hour of listening will take just five minutes. The Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 will retail at 149.99 euros (includes VAT).
