In the past, we saw OnePlus officially revealing the first look of the new OnePlus Nord 2 5G showing the rear-view of the device. Now we have got the official press renders of the new OnePlus Nord 2 5G leaked online showing the device in full glory. Not just the design we also got the specs and color variant of the device.
As per the source, the new OnePlus Nord 2 5G will come with OnePlus 9 like design with triple rear cameras. On the front we got the punch-hole display similar to predecessor. On the back, the device features triple cameras aligned similar to OnePlus 9. The source also mentions that OnePlus Nord 2 5G will come in two colors with Grey Sierra and Blue Haze.
The above leaked images are of the actual device and not concept based. The power button along with the alert slider is located on the right whereas the volume rockers on the left of the phone. It measures 8.1 mm thick and weighs around 190g.
Specs:
The new OnePlus Nord 2 5G will sport 6.43 inches FHD+ (2400*1080p) Super AMOLED display. It will come with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top and supports a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1200 AI SoC coupled with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage.
The new OnePlus Nord 2 5G will come with some interesting additions like dual speakers, Dual 5G support, Haptic 2.0, AI photography, AI display, and AI gaming modes. Further, the OnePlus Nord 2 5G will feature triple rear cameras with LED flash. It comes with a 50MP Sony IMX766 main sensor with f/1.7 aperture along with an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide and a 2MP mono sensor with f/2.4 aperture.
There is a 32MP Sony IMX616 sensor for taking selfies. The new camera features like AI Resolution Boost for Instagram and Snapchat, AI Colour Boost, and AI HDR Remapping for better results.
It comes with an 4500 mAh battery with 65W fast charging support. It runs on Android 11 using ColorOS and Oxygen OS integrated UI on top. OnePlus Nord 2 5G will come with almost 7 5G bands with n1, n28, n40, n41, n77, n78, n79. Do note the seven 5G bands are for the Indian market.
