Looks like Vivo is all set to launch another affordable 5G phone for India next after the Vivo V21e 5G. Recently Vivo Y72 5G was launched in Thailand and now it’s making way for the India launch next. Now ahead of the official announcement we have got the launch details along with launch offers of the new Vivo Y72 5G.
As per the source, the company is planning to launch another 5G phone under the 20K segment in India with Vivo Y72 5G. The new Vivo Y72 5G will land in India on July 15 as per the leaked official poster. We can expect an official press release as it’s a mid-range phone without any official launch event.
The poster also mentions some of the launches offers along with key specs of the new Vivo Y72 5G. The new Vivo Y72 5G will come with 8GB RAM including 4GB Extended RAM and 128GB internal storage space. The poster also mentions an FHD+ display with 90Hz refresh rate support. It will arrive in two colors with Dream Glow and Graphite Black.
Vivo Y72 5G will come with a flat Rs 1,500 cashback for HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and Kotak. Further, the company is also bundling one-time free screen replacement along with Rs.10,000 worth of benefits from Jio.

The new Vivo Y72 5G will look similar to other Vivo smartphones with waterdrop-notch on the front and triple-rear cameras on the back. It sports 6.58 inches FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The device comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
Vivo Y72 5G is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage space with a microSD card slot. It features a 64MP main sensor coupled with an 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro sensor with LED flash. It comes with a 16MP selfie shooter placed under a waterdrop notch.
It packs a 5000 mAh battery and supports an 18W fast charge. The Vivo Y72 5G will run on Android 11 with FunTouch OS 11 on top.
